Default Just thought I would share...

It may not be the most common of sets and mine may not have the highest graded cards, but I finally was able to complete my set of T222 Fatima cards by acquiring Frank Schulte from a kind Board member.

...and I thought completing my 1914 Cracker Jack set was difficult...

Feel free to take a peek here...

Remarkable achievement, Barry. Are you going to pursue the track athletes and movie stars, too? They're even tougher that the ball players.

Congrats on completing a really difficult set. How long did it take you to complete? I got my first group about 8 years ago and I'm just about finished, but my set is not nearly as nice.

Awesome Barry, congrats and thanks for sharing!

Random question - monetary value aside, which one is your favorite?

As much as I like the idea of having complete sets, I don't have much interest in either the track athletes or movie stars....so I will likely divert my dwindling finances to other incomplete projects.

I am probably going to shift my efforts to completing some other sets that I have started (much to my wife's chagrin)....I need about 7 more 1938 Goudey's to complete that set, I need a slew of N162's for that set and about 9 to go to complete the 1971 Kellogg's.....unless something else strikes my fancy in the meantime.

I am not actually sure when I started to seriously try to complete the set. Probably around the same time that you started to amass your set. Please let me know what cards you are still looking for....I have about 17 duplicates including some of the low population short print cards. Message me privately if you like with your list of needs.....

I don't actually know why, but my two favorite cards are the Ray Keating and John Henry....both relatively uncommon short prints.

Default Well Done!

Acquiring that last card must have been a relief that all the hard work had finally paid off. Way to stick with it right until the end. Congratulations!
