Opinion on Mantle Autographed Book

Would appreciate any feedback on the Mantle autographed book.
Book is in really nice condition.
Also any idea of value

Mantle auto is textbook. Value range is $300 - $350.

Authentic. $200-250 value IMO.

Thanks for the feedback it’s greatly appreciated! I’ll be listing the book on the boards for $225 or a trade. I collect autographed baseball cards so it’s not in my focus but it is really cool!
