Default 1992 Fleer - What am I looking at?

So I ripped 2 boxes of 1992 Fleer today, and one of the boxes contained these 10 odd items - cards printed without the standard green on the front (to my mind it's an improvement).

Anyway - I've tried searching the web and this forum for any information on these without luck - I assume they're simple printing errors but I've never seen them before.

Do I have anything valuable here?

I'm with you, I think they are an improvement. They are probably a printing error, but I notice that the some green is present so it's not as easy as missing green ink during the print process.

Let me know if you have any interest in getting rid of the Orioles cards.

They do look nice.

I bet someone would pay more than the normal cards are worth...certainly worth throwing them on eBay auction to see what they get you!

I believe 1992 Fleer borders were printed separately from the four color photo press.

Very interested in the robin Ventura if you are moving it.

Has anyone actually heard of these before? 10 in one box - there has to be more out there.

I would think you could get from 10 to 50 a piece depending on the interest of player collectors. The checklist will be minimal.

I just dropped 50 on a common 86 topps missing a full black pass so the interest is always there from us error collectors on the right day.

Just went through my 1992 albums again today, so I thought I'd resurface this old post from 2 1/2 years ago.

If anyone is still interested in any, I'd be willing to part with a few; I'd like to hang onto most for a while longer at least.

In the intervening time, has anyone seen any more of these?

Here is the list of what I have available - there aren't any I wouldn't part with, but like I said at this point 3 or 4 is probably the most I'd let go.

1 - Brady Anderson, Orioles
9 - Chris Hoiles, Orioles
11 - Tim Hulettm Orioles
13 - Chito Martinez, Orioles
101 - Robin Ventura, White Sox
344 - Duane Ward, Blue Jays
602 - Pat Clements, Padres
616 - Jose Mota, Padres
632 - Royce Clayton
717 - Checklist

PM me if interested
