Needing Advice - Removing Glue/Newspaper from Card

Bought I beat up lot locally. Most cards are trimmed but still fun to go through someone�s old collection.

Found this 1954 Jackie Robinson that�s been trimmed but also had a piece of newspaper glued to the front.

Is there an effective method to remove the newspaper and glue from the card?
