1985 Topps/Renata Galasso Pete Rose Card - Will PSA/BGS encapsulate?
Does anyone know if the 85 Topps/Renata Galasso "The Official Pete Rose Baseball Card Set" is a licensed product, and has anyone had recent experience getting them slabbed? I have a 85 Galasso Pete Rose card which is signed and I would like the card and auto authenticated (it's for my PC). I know both PSA and BGS have have slabbed them in the past, but I haven't seen any recent certs (although that could be more the fact they are inexpensive cards and not typically worthy of encapsulation). Most of what I've seen for sale aren't even authenticated beyond the auto...just "trading card". I just want to know whether they will still consider slabbing it before I waste my money. At the end of the day, if I can't get it slabbed it's no big deal...it's just my thing.

They authenticated the card on this one, it looks like, since it's under the set's Pop Report. No mention on that page that they no longer grade it. You could use this grading option: https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1613833
