FS: Bill Klem signed autograph with notes on a question about a rules issue.

Acquired out of Texas at an auction a few months back, and authenticated by PSA/DNA. Looking for $1,000 with lots of vouches. Shipped from Canada with tracking. Can coin as needed, but scans are below. Reach out to me at robertthompson8@gmail.com.

The letter from Klem notes:

I have your query of recent date, and hasten to reply as per your request.

The fact that your league plays only 7 innings to constitute a game has no bearing or effect in your case. It is the official ruling of the National League that section 3 of rule 23 must be strictly adhered to, and the club first at bat must have five completed innings.
