Forgive me if this is a repeat question as I don't deal with Ebay that often in any capacity anymore...
I won a VERY small item from an ebay seller (by small, I mean $6.25). The condition it showed up in was such that I could make use of half of the "lot" while the other half was broken. The half that was broken was not mentioned in the description, nor could I really tell by looking at the picture that the item was defective. My question is this - the seller refuses to budge from his "all sales final" schtick. It's actually too much hassle to even bother returning an item this small so I don't care about that. I was going to leave him neutral feedback with "1"s rating him for his auction description and communication. Is there any way he could retaliate by leaving me a negative or even a "positive" with a negative comment thrown in the comment space? |
