I wanted to ask other pre-war collectors whether they have seen any premium of value for Wally Pipp vs other commons from the same set (for example the Sporting News M101-4/5)
Maybe it’s the baseball history geek in me that finds the Pipp to Gehrig line to be cool - but does that translate into value premium for old Wally’s cards? I’ll be checking VCP too - but wanted to get some qualitative observations and thoughts here too. Thx for weighing in! Jeff
