This is the first REA auction I've bid in since they switched to their new platform. I noticed that emails confirming my bids or indicating I was outbid took a long time to actually arrive. As an example, I received an email at 10:42 PM for a bid I placed at 9:57 PM. The email was received 20 minutes after the lot closed.
Also, on the My Bid List page, the total of my winning bids usually did not show the correct amount. It eventually did but it took a while to correctly update. Has anyone else experienced the same behavior? Last edited by jayshum; 09-21-2025 at 08:47 PM. |
