Causing trouble

Just got my Encyclopedia of Baseball CArds and an issue of VCBC was included. In the back of this issue there is a picture of PSA graded T206 Cobb with a CObb back. The label says T206 Authentic Ty Cobb Ty Cobb back but there is NO grade.

I think most of us have known that PSA has made a few exceptions to their rule....I am pretty sure they only do it on very high profile cards though...what makes a card be able to get this I am not sure of....I know the Hoboken ticket (card- see..I can make trouble too) had an "authentic" and no grade from PSA also....there are probably a few others but I can't think of them right now.....good try.....and best regards
