that if a grading service does not make its timing on a higher level (i.e., higher cost) tier of service, it should refund you the difference between what the higher tier cost and what the actual performance was. |

oh yeah...don't you just love it when they say "our turnaround times are not guaranteed." OK, maybe I am stupid, so I am going to ask a stupid question...why have a guaranteed turnaround time when it isn't guaranteed? |
