Has anybody ever come across any bats manufactured by a company named Houghkirk? Any information on this company would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help! |

"Halas type"...Wow. Interesting bat. Perhaps Houghkirk is a manufacturer from Illinois? |

Or maybe a town where Halas played minor league or semi pro ball? Hard to believe such a small company would have had their bat in his hands while he played in New York. But then again, he had to use something. |

Sounds like an interesting bat Rob. I don't recall seeing this maker before but will have to wait and see the pictures. I have heard of a Hanna Batrite Halas model before. |

Here are a few shots of the bat. Anxious to see if anyone has seen any "Houghkirk 250 Polin" labeling before. |
