New PSA holders?

Got this card back today.

Is it my imagination or is this a much more elegant holder than what PSA has used in the past? Note the plastic ridges to hold the card firmly in place.

they switch back and forth between holders. depends which top of the pile they grab from.

Is that an N card insert or something else? I am pleased with PSA making it happen.

N card holder (inserts) are going to be available in the next few months give or take.

I just got a bunch of cards back from PSA and noticed the less thick holders. I don't know if that's a good thing- they would seem to be more susceptibe to cracking in transit (thankfully mine weren't). SGC's holders seem more 'heavy duty'. I got the cards I did graded by PSA because they were 50s and later cards.
