1922 W575-1 Ruth Holding Bird, Scarcity?
Can you guys (and girls) help in finding where some of these have sold? I know it isn't that scarce of a card but am just not seeing them. Thanks in advance

Ruth - "You know, in about 50 years this guy named Ozzy.... "
Guy on left - "Damn, the bambino is just crazy.. " Sorry Leon, I couldn't resist that one. |

might be very rare leon. i can only find one in vcp history -- a sgc 1 sold back in 2009. nothing in the auction archives of heritage and rea, or a broader web search.

These blank backed 1922 E121 variations are pretty rare. I have a Holding Ball version of it. Unfortunately, these don't cross to PSA as PSA doesn't recognize these cards. I've already tried it.

I can understand that given some of the grading I have seen. They would need pre war card experts to know, I guess. I don't consider myself an expert but I could tell them what they are. (and they aren't hand cut either)
