Default Is This Ali/Clay Card Rare?

Hi, I just picked this card up in a collection of unrelated items. I know zip about boxing cards and was hoping someone could tell me the value of this card. I am looking to sell it so feel free to contact me if interested.
Thanks,
Tony

Not rare but somewhat popular. Looks like the last couple straight auctions on Ebay went between $200-215.
