1952 Bowman Mantle fake? Help?

Hello all,

I received this Mantle a couple days ago, and my gut reaction, almost immediatley was that it is a fake. It is missing the copyright date on the back, the card feels different, and his eyes even look different from my other one. Please help me, and try not to laugh too hard when you see it. Thanks!
