Milwaukee Brave player id help

Hi-
Please see the can below of a photo/premium/? of a Milwaukee Brave player. Can anyone identify him for me? Also, any idea if the scan below shows a team premium of some kind or is it a snap shot. It just doesn't feel/look like a snapshot, but I could be wrong. Any help to identify the player or issue (again, most likely just a fan photo) would be greatly appreciated.

I have quite a few of these Braves photos - I believe they are from a snapshot photo lot of a professional photographer.

Were the the Braves/Dodgers photos taken at the LA Coliseum? Looks like a lot of space in the backgrounds.
