Default Mino's and Coupon's baseball cards

I have 2 Mino baseball cards and 13 Coupon baseball cards. I am trying to find out the best way to see how much they are worth and then selling them.

If someone has any suggestions or ideas, please let me know. I am located in New Orleans so a local place would be ideal. Thanks.

There would be a lot of interest in those cards here. If you can post front and back scans...I can assure you we can help value and help buy them from you!

I have the scans, if she can't post them I will shortly. Some neat items in this collection from what I saw of it when she contacted me.

My only suggestion is to not sell off of private discussions. Using a vehicle with public competition for the cards will yield the higher price.

I am not sure I understand the question? If this is the BST area does it have to be any certain way? I don't know what is going on but just trying to understand the question.

Received two .tiff files from a "Susan" on 4/18. I downloaded Irfanview so I could view them, and it allowed me to convert them to .jpg so I could upload them here. I emailed her back letting her know my guess as to what they may go for in an open market, though I didn't make an offer to her. I know teeny tiny about Coupons, and nothing about Minos. I haven't heard back from her since.

Just wondering if there is an auction here or is it just what have I got? Until a few minutes ago there were no cards really identified.

Default my mistake

My mistake Todd. I wasn't realizing that this was the auction forum. If there is no auction then it shouldn't be here. Yes, the pics just now got posted. Lets see what's happening and then put it where it should go. regards

ps...there is no pot of gold here but there is value. I would estimate the group in the +/- $1300-$1600 range, as the Mino's are fairly valuable and one is Bender....(and I just noticed a Johnson Coupon and other HOF'ers). That's my semi educated guess.

talked to the owner of these cards and made a very fair offer for one card-and was told she had offers for 1k each.
She said she was willing to do buisness with me but my offer had to be much higher.
Does anyone feel any of these cards are worth 1k? not all but any one individual card

$1000 per card? Except for the Mino Bender (if it is the "Mino" as shown), only one of these is even close to half of that, the other Mino....but that is just my opinion based on what I have seen. The Bender could get close to 1k, give or take, if it is a Mino.....

I offer 1 "mealion" dollars for the group but I want free shipping.

btw, the Coupons are in the $20-$50 range for the commons and maybe $75-$200 for the HOF'ers, in the conditions shown, again...just my opinion

the Bender could be worth 1k if it was in good to vg shape but it is not-that is the card I offered 600 for and I think that is a fair offer for this poor/fair example.
Just wanted to know some of our members thoughts-thank you so much...

Hey Jim I didn't have to guess which card you were talking about I sure would love to get that one as well !! I think 600.00 is more than fair. But if this is the rare Cyclops/Superman x-ray vision version could be worth thousands ( note the beacon of light shining out of his eyes, not tunnel vision but pitcher vision )

Jim- this person was offered 1k for each card and they are still for sale.
She's as crazy as a 100 head of sheep.

Mike-I realize this. I do want the Bender because it is Baltimore and if it wasn't it would be all yours Johnny.
I always offer a fair amount to sellers and especially a seller from outside the hobby and does not know what they have, but I will not offer a crazy amount because they do not know what they have and think they have 1k cards and do not.

Good luck Jim I hope it works out and you get it, 600.00 is a generous offer and that is a lot of cash for her to walk away from.

I'm with Mike. So, if I understand her correctly, she turned down $15,000 for the lot of 15???. Jim's offer of $600 for the Bender is very reasonable. If she left 1k per card on the table for this group she is nuts.

correct -she turned down my $600 offer and said she was offered 1k each and I needed to offer more. My response was you need to take the 1k per card offer and I will not offer more -I am out.
I want the card but wont pay 1k.

Something doesn't add up here...An unfamiliar member posts very enticing cards and then plays hard to get...I would avoid.

I'd go up to $800 for the Mino Bender personally if the top half is as good as the bottom (since the scan cuts it off) but $1K per card is absolutely crazy talk....
