Id also add the "variaton phenomenon" where cards such as magie/magee and doyle command premiums for the more common version just because there us a more rare expensive variation.

I watch these Magee cards closely, psa 3's are $150 bucks usually and are available. Something else is up I think.

Yup I agree it is properly graded. Even if it was a 4 it wouldn't ordinarily be worth what was paid.
