This might sound like a stupid question, but I never really looked into this set until I decided to look for a cheap Dots Miller example this week.
Can anyone tell me if all E91-C cards come with the checklist on the back the matches the team on the front. Meaning, would every Pittsburgh card have a checklist on the back of all the Pittsburgh players? I've been looking at them and it seems like they all do. The reason I ask is because I've had this card for years with an upside down back, but it's a Pittsburgh player and the checklist is for the Cubs/Giants/A's, so after about 10-12 years, I'm finding out it's also a wrong series back...is that right? It's actually an E91-B back from 1909 on an E91-C front?

There are some examples like yours out there, I have one as well. I think SGC labeled mine more appropriately. "Upside down back" doesn't really tell the story of your E91C having an E91B back. Cool card!

Thanks for the response and scan, exactly the info I was looking for. Good to see yours got an actual grade too, because I was wondering if it was legit, or a scrap

I recently picked this one out as part of a lot. Bridwell is a Type A and Type B subject but the back is Type C?
Would love to hear feedback of others with these cards. The card is available, btw. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
