Default Pro-Mold: Superior Customer Service...

Whether or not you use their products, I wanted to give the Pro-Mold company of Ohio kudos here for excellent customer service this week:

I had recently ordered a lot of 10 Pro-Mold MH1UV5's, their regular postwar card size 20-point mag case with UV protection. When the order was delivered from Amazon, I noticed that at least half of the cases had minor fish-eye / swirl defects on them, to where you could see the shadow of it above any card that was placed in the case. They were still useable, but you could see the defect and that bugged me.

When I submitted a question / complaint on this issue on Pro-Mold's website, VP Ed Neugebauer responded via e-mail literally less than 10 mins. later (during dinnertime, no less), and after we corresponded briefly he sent me 5 replacement cases no questions asked for free. I got them in the mail today, only 3 days later.

Great job Ed and Pro-Mold, I really appreciate it. If you guys have not checked out the Pro-Mold mag line, they make really nice cases for cards from a variety of eras - and they will keep me as a customer for quite some time with service like that.

-John
