$820 shipped within the U.S. Price assumes a no-fee method.

Price is firm, just selling for what I paid and think I got a solid deal.

First time I've ever seen large brown stains considered "very strong eye appeal".

Yeah, that's fair. Stains like these don't bother me much. But I probably shouldn't assume everyone else feels the same.
