Question Dan Mabey Finds 1961-63 Post Floppy Discs!

Fellow POSTulates and Baseball Collecting Friends: As many of you know, all of the original paper mats and computer files used for producing the 4 Post cereal baseball books were lost when moving from South Carolina back home to Southern California. After being sold out of the books (except 4 copies of BRAGGING RIGHTS) for over 2 years, I am exploring the feasibility of trying to recreate the monographs. I have found old 3 1/2" floppy discs created in 1999 which may be salvageable. I purchased a floppy disc reader that is connected via USB port to my vintage Samsung laptop. Most of the files are recoverable. MY QUESTION TO YOU: IN YOUR OPINION, IS IT WORTHWHILE TO RECONSTRUCT THE BOOKS ON THE 1961, 1962 CANADA AND US, AND 1963 PROMOTIONS? I never expected to find these floppy discs, and I'm at a weak moment as snow, sleet, hail, rain, and prospective floods have graced my community in SoCal. SO< WHAT DO YOU THINK? YES, NO, or WHO CARES? If you wish to contact me, my new e-mail is: "mulemandan2020@gmail.com". Take care, and I wish you all health and contentment. Blessings, Dan Mabey.

As a minimum, transfer all of those floppies to digital media. Don’t loose the work you have done to Father Time.

I would most certainly be interested in any and all of the books if re-generated. Thank you.

Great announcement, MuleMan, I'm glad that you Posted this!!!!

Yes Sir, I'd buy the books, and maybe an extra set, it that's needed to keep it from being financially impractical.

I'm patient, but keep us updated, please Sir.

Thanks, Frank W.

Likewise, please make the information available. The research involving our addiction er, hobby is very important and I would purchase a copy even though I don't have any Post Cereal cards.

I'd purchase at least one book. The history would be extremely valuable.
