Default Help Identifying this 1932 New York Yankees Piece

I have this picture of the 1932 yankees entering the field in Philadelphia. The card stock is thicker than standard paper, but not as thick as card stock. There is some minor foxing and the paper does not fluoresce which makes me somewhat confident this is from 1932. It is premium size. If anybody knows what issue this is from or could lead me in the right direction regarding getting it authenticated, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Cool photo!! I can see Gehrig and a few people that look like Ruth to me! Maybe the top and bottom were trimmed and it used to be a large larger image?

Default Gehrig and Ruth

Both Gehrig and Ruth are easy to identify. Not sure about trimming or original source. it’s a cool piece for sure

Opening Day 1932 in Philly. Pretty hard to tell age. The fluorescence test and foxing only tells a partial story. Either way its a pretty great image.

The lineups are consistent with opening day, April 12, and the Yanks would win, 12-6. But what's interesting is the scoreboard in the photo lists Dickey as SS and Lary as Catcher, which is of course backwards.

Default Thanks for the help

Any idea if PSA/DNA authenticated items like this? Is this a card, is it a photo, premium. Just trying to get it slabbed correctly (Which we know PSA is pretty crappy at getting this stuff right)

Have to admit I had to magnify the screen to figure out who the Yankee's second baseman was. Then I had to look him up because I think this is the first time I have encountered the name [Jack] Saltzgaver. He seems to have had no contemporary cards issued of him (according to VCP his only card is from the 1993 Conlon Collection).

This was right in the middle of Lazzeri's career, so I guess he was injured?
