Best Grade--missing paper

What's the best grade that you would give a card that is missing paper (even if it is on the reverse). On top of that the card clearly has been glued in an album at some time, and still shows residue.
If you would only grade a card with a wrinkle/crease, vg-ex at best, how can you grade this Ex?
