Recommendations in Florida
Can anyone recommend any good vintage baseball card stores, etc. in and around Orlando and/or Sarasota, FL? I will be traveling to both cities.

Try this one just north of Sarasota. A couple of different booths with vintage dealers. I picked up a raw EX-MT Mantle Topps Super for $40 and a bunch of modern cards, but there was definitely 50s and 60s cards to hunt for.

When you're in Sarasota, they have a map of antique malls; that's how I found that one. There are about 4 malls on that road within a couple miles of the one I linked to. The stores in the downtown Sarasota area had nothing in them for sports card collectors.
