Default Ouch...that Stings!!!!! Worst Flip ever!

I'm not necessarily talking about "flips" in the traditional sense...you bought it just to re-sell with the intention of making a profit...I'm talking any card/lot you bought...for whatever reason...you loved it, had to have it, thought it would stay in your collection forever...or a flip to resell for $$$$$.

What card have you lost the most cheese...the most bread...the most benjamins on?

Share your humble pie!

For me...it was this fellow here...I have a feeling someone here on the board has him...if so...enjoy...I'm over it!

Actually, no single card.

Most of the old stuff I've bought was bought long a go, and I've been a bit picky for the last ten years or so. The good thing is that even the ones I graded that came back lower than I expected didn't take a hit in value at all.

Now the boxes full of newish stuff I bought between about 86 and 96.........

I've sold a few I miss, but the deals were good at the time, so I can't be too worried.

And of course, I didn't buy a lot of cards I wish I had bought.

I would say over thelong haul, I'm about even. I certainly wouldn't make a living off of selling cards. :-)
