Default Fake COA's on ebay (big name companies)??

I saw the thread about the purported fake PSA slabbed cards, and I thought this was a good time to bring up this issue. I have come across a number of Mounted Memories and Schwartz Sports items on ebay recently and even a few Steiner Sports that I think have fake hologram stickers and COA cards. Has anybody else noticed this trend or am I being paranoid?

Steiner has been made aware of many problems in this business and as far as I know have not paid any attention to the problems.
I don't know about the other companies.
Though we on 54 have had recent disagreements with Ken Goldin,
I do have to say, he has fought tooth and nail to get fake Score Board certs. removed from ebay.
He has done far more than any of the other companies involved in that type of business.
Funny side bar, I can recall, back in the day, that there was actually a story about fake Donald Frangipani certs being in circulation and I did find a dealer who told me about that, though I never actually saw one.
At one point in the distant past I found a fake cert. of mine that in no way, shape or form resembled my own cert.

Mounted Memories, Schwartz, and Steiner have been made aware and they don't seem to want to comment on the issue. Obviously, if they agree that there are fake COAs in the marketplace then that pretty much ruins their business. I assume that these fake COA's are one of the reasons that Steiner has started to switch over to serial numbered hologram stickers and an online database.

At this point, I won't buy any Mounted Memories or Schwartz Sports items that have one of the old style hologram stickers that do not have a searchable serial number. I still will buy Steiner, as they are not as prevalent.

BTW, Happy Father's Day to all of my fellow Dads on the board!!

I have probably emailed Steiner Sports at least a dozen times concerning Ebay sellers who are listing and selling so-called Steiner Sports autographs (Derek Jeter) and I have never received a response.

Below is a seller (Ebay seller Jessmk12...also a seller of GFA-certed forgeries) who sold the below Jeter forgery claiming it as a Steiner Sports item.

Of course it isn't.

The sellers who sell these forgeries, never have the Steiner Sports COA.

Steiner should be ashamed of themselves.
Their sticker is being counterfeited and they do nothing about it.
This is appalling.
I am really surprised that this company does not care at all about the tarnishing of their corporate name.
Making money and charging obscene amounts of money for their products is obviously the only thing that drives Steiner but you would think that something like this, which obviously hurts their brand name would make them do something.
