Is this an old baseball???
Picked it up at an antiques flea market this afternoon. Price was right... ball is about 2.25" wide... dark old leather almost looks like pig skin. It has 4 panelsof which two pairs look oike they elwere sewn together prior to being put over whatever the filler is. Major stitching looks crudely done...
What kind of ball is this... any value? |

Hi-
I could be wrong, but I believe that is an early cricket ball. I hope others will post a more definitive answer. Alan |
