eBay return question
I recently bought a jersey on eBay that was described as "game used" but clearly shows no game use. I contacted the seller and he disagrees and refuses to take item back. This is clearly a difference of opinion and is almost impossible to prove, would this fall under "item not as described"?

LOL, This is not a shot at Stephen. I know if I was having a problem returning something on eBay I would ask him first. He has more experience than anyone else that I know of.
