Scott ForrestI mentioned this a while back, but it's now obvious I'm not going to hear from the perpetrator and want some advice on action to take.
Back in March I purchased two postcard forgeries for $240 and was later told that one of them was a forgery when I consigned it for selling in May. I had not examined the other one closely up to that point, but upon doing so I could see that it was also a forgery. The seller did not respond to my email request for a refund. I was told by board members that the seller was out of touch for a while, but I think it's been long enough.
Advice on how to proceed?
