Does anyone here watch Pawn Stars on the history channel. The last episode they just had on, they had a Lou Gehrig signed jersey. They in the end thought the jersey was real and paid $3,000 for it. But it did come with 3 letters of authenticity, one of which was STAT. I was guessing it was a fake from the start.

Brock - Neat show! I watch every episode. I learn quite a bit about different collectibles and antiques.

By the way, every episode from season 1 and season 2 can be viewed (commercial free) on Youtube. As I mentioned in another thread, you don't need to set up an account to watch these videos which are put on Youtube by the History channel

I DVR every episode. I knew the second that thing walked in it was no good. Who would take something like that to a pawn shop A scammer who knows it will not sell at an auction house.

He said he contacted an auction house in PA about it as the camera showed the STAT authentication. Now take a wild guess what auction comes out of PA.

I love that show... I think I've seen most episodes but I haven't seen that one. Do you know what season/episode number it was?

I love when sports collectibles come in because it's the one thing I feel like I know more about than the people on the show.
