I picked up a couple boxing cards of John Sullivan recently. I now own 2 and I'm pretty excited about it. I am wondering if anyone can shed some light as to who would be the Cobb or Wagner of boxing during the late 1800's or early 1900's? Would Sullivan be at the top of most people's list as one of the greats? What issues are the most scarce and sought after? What would you buy if you were looking for oddball or rarities in boxing cards? Thank you in advance for your knowledge, Dan |
