| Lefty O'Doul Bat

Can someone tell me more about this O'Doul bat? You don't see many on eBay. Am I correct that 35" on the knob indicates a store model? Thanks, John |

Once I learn more about it, I might consider sale or trade. I picked it up as a buy it now, moments after it was listed. I'm just trying to figure out what I have. I have somewhat limited experience and a small collection of bats.

The bat was made from 1932-34. It is a store model with the inch marks on the knob. A game model would be hand turned and inch marks would not be present.

What do you bat collectors estimate value range? It has a crack, vintage tape, no sign of nails, clean, no chips or gouges or grain separation. John |
