Default Show your Odds & Ends...

I would imagine that we all have at least one oddball piece. So let's see what you have.

Here are a few of mine to get the ball rolling...

Casey's own transistor radio the was a Christmas gift from the Yankees in 1957. From the Stengel Estate.

Christy Walsh All-American Patch 1934.

I've had this for about 30 years.

A c. 1937 effort to display Type 9 mini-pennant collection...

Default Mini Pennants

This is a very cool looking piece! On top of that you've got 3 of my guys in it: Joe Mary, Stan Hack & Pepper Martin (I'm the narrow focus Sacramento baseball guy!) What's the overall measurements and do you display it?

Bottle opener - Kansas City A's

"A Big Hit" hosiery

Ted Williams bottle

These little guys are carved out of wood ....I have no idea of time frame.

Dick Stuart's bracelet

Very large Piedmont advertising sign

Group of Lincoln Chiefs bat pencils

This item Dick Stuart made by cutting out the Lincoln Newspaper and pinning it to a Lincoln Hotel's stationary after he hit his 49th and 50th homers...he wrote "Fortune" on one ball and "Fame" on the other.

Thanks...it measures about 14" x 13". It's wandered around my collection room over the years, but spends most of the time pinned up as a backdrop for other sports memorabilia.
