Although similar and pre-National, I did recently obtain the cello insert for the 1955 AA box. Here it is.

Carl, those are some great pick-ups, the 55 All-American issue is one of my favorites. Although not a National pick-up, here are my 5 cent and 1 cent wrapper from the issue.
