| Are there baseball Stereoview cards?

I have recently started to collect these cards in various subjects. I was wondering if there are baseball stereocards out there? I have yet to see any in various dealer price lists or ebay.

YES... I have seen them more than a few times... including Ruth/Gehrig/etc. I'll try to find some examples, and will post here if successful. |

My friend has one that has an small image of Ruth batting above a small image of a guy jumping off a hill with a hat in his hand. I will try to get a picture from him if possible. That's the only one I've seen.

There are a bunch picturing early generic baseballl scenes from the 1800s. Go to Leland's archives, and you'll see many examples. Here's one... http://lelands.com/Auction.aspx/Auct...ographs_/page1 Below is a link to a nice Babe Ruth one, also from Lelands... http://lelands.com/Auction.aspx/Auct...uth-Card/page1 |
