Default MISSION IMPOSSIBLE....accomplished....I don't recommend you piece-meal this set

After many years, finally completed this 48-card set.

Some of the major Stars in the 1948 Blue Tint set.

For you set collectors who enjoy the challenge of completing sets, card by card, my advice to you is....do not try this one. Trust me, they are extremely
difficult to find. Especially in nice shape. Look to acquire a complete set.

Actually, a complete set of these Blue Tints comprises of 49 cards. There are 2 cards of Durocher. The first printing was issued with with Leo as Manager
of Brooklyn. The 2nd printing depicts him as Manager of the N. Y. Giants.

A checklist will follow.

Default congrats

Congrats Ted. I have a type or two from the set. They are much tougher than their valuations would seem to indicate. best regards

Very nice Ted!

A few questions...how long did it take to put it together? and, what was the toughest card for you to find?
