It was a given . . .
.
. . . and just a matter of time, after The Cold War at Michigan State University drew over 74000+ to set the world record at that time. No Wolverine alive would ever allow the Spartans to hold any record over on them, when possessing a cold-weather facility that would easily hold well over 100,000+ fans. Throw in the intense interstate rivelry, and fierce, proud hockey history at both institutions, and it was no surprise at all.
