Up for sale today is an extremely rare career-contemporary image of Effa Manley, Negro League Executive and the only female currently enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame. This approximately 10" X 13" photo was neatly removed from an original 1948 issue of Our World news magazine, an African American publication of the time. Based on the size of the piece, it remains in remarkably fine condition as evidenced by the below scan (it is not attached to the cardboard backing).
