| Question about Type 1 Photos??

Hello, Does anyone see any growth here? Is this just a phase or is it here to stay? I mean, I just lost 2 auctions @ Legendary Auction for Type 1 Ruth Photos. One Ruth (circa 1923, watching his batted ball in Yankee Stadium) went for like over $5000. I was surprised by the price! Any thoughts? |

There seems to be a lot of room for growth for these types of collectibles although prices are considerably higher today than just a couple of years ago. That price seems quite high for a '23 Ruth photo, there must be some particular significance to the shot.
