Summer in NYC
The highest temperature ever recorded in NYC is 106 degrees, set about 75 years ago. Today it is 102 and rising, and there is a chance that we might hit 107 and set a record. Man, that is hot! I know the southwest gets higher temps but we don't.

Looks like the record of 106 is safe. I've heard both 103 and 104 as our high today, not sure which one is correct.

We'll trade you in Dallas.....something like 7th hottest summer here and we are only 1/3 - 1/2 of the way through it....I think we might end up at #2 all time....
