I haven't seen this one posted before. Here's a directory of the J.R. Burdick Collection at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, c. 1964 (it refers to Burdick's passing in 1963)

I've got one too, but I don't recall a copyright date. I'm sure it was reprinted.

I have a complete PDF of the catalog which I will try to find and post. Invaluable if you are able to get into the museum [unlikely] and actually see the collection as it lists which items are in which albums [the staff are completely clueless and expect visitors to tell them which ones of the hundreds of albums they are expected to retrieve].
