Help posting images on here (Net54)

I'm sure this qualifies as a dumb question but I'm not very computer savvy. Just got a new desktop and when I try to download pictures on Net54 they are all sideways? They are not sideways on my computer though. They probably were originally though before I rotated them. Is there a way to rotate images here or do I need to download the images to a image hosting site and fix them there? I know this has been asked before but never paid attention until it has happened to me. Thanks for any help.

I just run them through "Paint" to rotate and size them if needed.

I open them in "paint" too.....
