I'm no expert but...

I think this photo is probably pre-Chesbro. Happy Jack was born in 1874 and most CDV's predated Chesbro's baseball career, I believe.

That aside, to me the nose looks right but not the man's ears. Perhaps it's "Dad" Chesbro.
