| Rare '34 Lajoie Sells for $13,035

It was cool to actually hold one for the first time in my life at last week's National. IThank you, Huggins & Scott. It sold for less than the pre-sale $30,000 estimate because it was trimmed. trimmehttp://www.forbes.com/sites/davidseideman/2014/08/05/how-the-biggest-baseball-card-scam-in-history-could-cost-you-30000/d. Does anyone out there believe that Goudey didn't skip a card# in 1933 on purpose? |
