I have a white football that was signed by an individual and he put an inscription on it underneath with a year that I'd like to remove everything but his signature. Any ideas?
Thanks, Matt |

I have heard that alcohol will remove sharpie. I have never tried it. However I would be careful using it on leather as it could dry out and spot the leather. Good luck.

Acetone (fingernail polish remover) will remove Sharpie. However, it is a pretty harsh chemical and I'm not sure what it might do to the leather of a football.
