| 1930s Base Ball Party / Play Ball poster on Ebay

Hi all, what is everyone's thoughts on this cloth poster / banner on eBay? Is it legit? It looks like it's in incredible condition so that worries me. http://m.ebay.com/itm/251793399035?nav=SEARCH |

looks like some version of Pin the Tail on the Donkey. There's a spot on the bat where you pin the "ball".

| Possible

It may, depending on the size of it, be a backdrop to a "Throw a Baseball at the Milk Carton" fair/carnival type stand. I say this because it looks like it is made of canvas. Just my two cents

Thanks everyone! Not sure of the size, looks around 18x24 or so. Could 24x36 even. Never considered it being a "pin the ball to the bat" kind of game! Thats fun.

It is part of a game called "Baseball Party" made of linin and it should have a copyright of 1910 on it. Many have said the figure is of Nap Lajoie . Measures about 18"x24 It is worth just about what the bidding is on it now or maybe a little higher $300 to $500 due to its good condition for it to be worth what the seller said it would need the box etc. |

I had 2 of these in the past. Your correct, it's known as, Nap Lajoie game. The baseballs have been cut out. Albert Last edited by sporteq; 01-25-2015 at 02:28 PM. |
