Old Mill Southern League Overprint/Double Overprints
Today I saw a reference on the net for someone's want list, and it included these backs:
Old Mill (Southern League - Double Overprints) - Factory 649 - District 1 - State NY Old Mill (Southern League - Overprint) - Factory 649 - District 1 - State NY I would love to see a scan of these, can anyone post some? I know they are not common, any idea how scarce they are? As scarce as a Brown Old MIll or Broadleaf 460, or more like Uzit or Red Hindu? Does anyone have a known list of subjects? If anyone knows much about them, I would love to learn more. Thanks for any thoughts you can share.

Regarding scarcity, toughest there is...tuffer than Cobb back...I think only one or two exist.
I'm sure others will post here, there was a massive drama a few years ago about fake examples. Last edited by MVSNYC; 08-07-2015 at 07:28 PM.
