| Grade Question T206

This card received a numerical grade however the top looks trimmed. Apparently some of these were cut at a slant in the factory. Anyone know about this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You have to look at the bottom of the card as well. If it has the same slant then it may not be a trim.or if the issue you see on a T206 is on the right side, look at the left and see if it has a mirrored issue. Tom C Last edited by btcarfagno; 09-27-2017 at 02:08 PM. |

Doesn't look trimmed to me. It's not uncommon for a cut to be noticeably askew like that, either in T206 or in pre-war cards more generally.

It's called a diamond cut, and it's not unusual with T206s.

It's a diamond cut. Nothing out of the ordinary. Great card!

Thanks for the feedback. I just picked up this card for what I believed was a good price and was curious as to what other's thought about the slant. Either way I know there is a lot of hype around this card right now but I believe I got it for a good price. Thanks again! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks for the feedback guys! Much appreciated! In your opinion what would you grade this card? I've seen uglier Cobbs at the same grade. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would give it a PSA 2. With those corners I don't see it getting anything higher.

			I would give it a PSA 2.5, SGC 3

Yeah it's an SGC 40. Seen some which are pretty stained myself. Seems to be a demand for these Cobbs right now. Prices are all over the place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
